Great location, spacious and comfortable, well-equipped amenities, convenient for sightseeing, easy access to transportation options, helpful and responsive staff.

It was unbeatable within walking distance of practically everything. The staff were nice and courteous, thoroughly enjoyed them all

It had marvellous location in a very very nice area not far from a restored market. Staff was very very helpful and great, assisted with everything...

Not one thing. It met requirements.

I never hesitate to stay at this place. The staff helped me with printing during my first stay. It suits me perfectly, with everything I need. Coming back for Easter!

Huge, spotless room with chairs for 4, bathroom and a table + chairs, magnificent location. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet available.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect with easy access to a restored market. The staff here were affable. Having kitchenette was fabulous.

The room at Living Valencia Apartments - Merced was cozy and comfortable with twin beds and a lounge area with a sofa-bed. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for someone like me who has physical handicaps.

I personally found the deep soaking bathtubs a bit challenging to use, but others might still enjoy them.

central location, near shops, bars, restaurants and sightseeing, it was a well equipped modern very comfortable and clean apartment.

the view was horrendous, no fault of the apartments, however we looked out onto a dump that was boarded up, apparently going to be a carpark one day and a building that had partly been demolished, so this was covered in graffiti and because of this there was a shack built where a family were living and we could even see them going to the toilet, this however was in common with the area and we assume it had been hit badly by the recession.

The location of the apartmet is perfect-in the historical center of the town.But it is quiеt. The equipment of the kitchen is very good-has fridge, kitchen range,oven,toaster,microwave.

You have to collect the key at the central office which is 5 minutes walking.The apartment have 2 separate beds instead of one big bed.I Have choosen this apartment because the staff confirmed me that it will have one big bed and was a little dissapointed. The apartment don´t have washing machine.

All very, very bad thing

There is no hotel originally, the only office in the center of the city and this is what appears on the map in the site (deceive users of the site) and this office has a number of apartments in buildings each spaced away from the city center about 15 minutes and this is what happened to me

Will come back, loved it. Thank you for comfortable stay, having setting in centre of Old town. The place is just off the main square. And it is next door to restaurants. There is Lizarran 500 feet away to spend the evening.

The staff at the tour desk were amazing and helped organize admission to the City of Arts and Sciences. They really went above and beyond! The apartment was spacious and had a lot of natural light. It felt so refreshing to wake up to the sunlight streaming in. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing. I loved strolling through the narrow streets of the old town and discovering the traditional-style shops and restaurants in the Carmen District.

Very well located, close to central market.

The staff offered us a parking place near the house (18 euros a day). The space was neither legally nor properly signposted and someone else parked, blocking my car for ages. The responsible for the apartment was not helpful at all, and did not care about the situation. She did not want to give us our money back, even after all the inconveniences of calling and waiting for the Police. I would rather rent an apartment from a reliable agency than rent it from someone who can not be kind enough with her/his guests.
